Définition

En Détail
Rosé gets its color from brief maceration (2-24 hours) or the saignée method. Style ranges from pale Provence-style (barely pink, bone-dry) to deeper Spanish rosado and sweet White Zinfandel. Rosé is the fastest-growing wine category globally. It is not a blend of red and white wine, except in Champagne where blending is permitted and common.
