White wine made exclusively from white grapes.

Most commonly refers to Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, though Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and other white grapes are permitted. Blanc de Blancs Champagnes tend to be elegant, citrusy, and mineral with fine bubbles. They often age beautifully, developing toasty, honeyed complexity. Premier producers include Salon, Pierre Péters, and Krug Clos du Mesnil.
