About This Method

Inert vessels that preserve primary fruit character without adding flavor. Temperature-controlled stainless steel is ideal for aromatic whites (Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc) and fresh rosés where purity of fruit expression is the goal. Also used for malolactic fermentation and blending.
