Enantio (also known as Lambrusco a Foglia Frastagliata) is an ancient red grape cultivated in the Vallagarina valley in Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. It produces deeply colored wines with rustic dark fruit, earthy, and herbal flavors, and is the basis of the Valdadige Terra dei Forti DOC.
